Prenatal Yoga
Safe and gentle Prenatal Yoga offered in a welcoming and interactive atmosphere! Mother's Embrace has been bringing relaxation to the Valley for over 7 years. We are your "one stop shopping" spot for all things prenatal.
We also offer prenatal massage, infant and toddle CPR classes, as well as Childbirth Education & Breastfeeding classes. After the baby, we invite moms back for the Mommy's Time support groups.. one for tiny infants and the other for older infants.
No prior yoga experience required; all trimesters welcome. Moms of multiples.. we welcome you too!
