National Hockey Development Camp

Kids are 7-14 years old are invited to the Sports Center of CT for a chance to focus on total skill development as well as skating, puck handling, shooting and passing.

At the camp, players willl be grouped according to age and skill level and will recieve 2  1-hour sessions on the ice per day.

There will also be dryland training which will include proper stretching, speed development, quickness, plyometrics and core strengthening.
