The "For Rent" sign has been in the window for months on end. At approximately 350 Howe Ave. in downtown Shelton, in the building between The Donut Stop and Shelton Laundromat, at least half of the space is available.
The half-brick building sits across from the Riverwalk, where there is ample free parking, and access to Route 8 is seconds away.
