Visions for Vacancies: 350 Howe Avenue

What do you think would be a good use of this vacant space?

The "For Rent" sign has been in the window for months on end. At approximately 350 Howe Ave. in downtown Shelton, in the building between The Donut Stop and Shelton Laundromat, at least half of the space is available.

The half-brick building sits across from the Riverwalk, where there is ample free parking, and access to Route 8 is seconds away.

So, what do you think this space could be used for? What kind of business would add some spice to the downtown area? Let us know in the comments section!

I think macdadys is the mac & cheese only restaurant - very interesting mac & cheese choices on the menu.
