When I placed my prior home for sale, I was in a bit of a panic, having just bought my new house and now faced with the financially terrifying prospect of owning two houses. Karen Berwick was absolutely amazing. She suggested which improvements needed to be made. Facing the prospect of lining up contractors, hoping for a return call from them, meeting them for estimates, having the work done -- handling all of this while at work, Karen took charge at my request and handled all the logistics for the renovations, keeping me in the loop at all times. It was amazing not having to worry about these things. Each time I visited the house during the upgrades, I was amazed at what I saw. Although I wanted to price the house for very quick sale, I relied 100% on Karen's expertise and knowledge of the market priced it according to her recommendation. I had an offer in 52 days (over the course of the winter -- in this market!), and closed 30 days later. I HIGHLY recommend Karen Berwick and Anita Pavone for anyone who needs to sell a home. Amazing job!
