A Shelton man was nabbed after Shelton and Bridgeport police searched his home Nov. 23.
Sergio Jasmiir Cruz, 22, of Howe Avenue, Shelton, is charged with illegal possession of marijuana, less than four ounces; possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school; possession with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of school; sale of a controlled substance and theft of a firearm.
Police said Shelton police helped serve a Bridgeport police warrant where the stolen gun was found, as well as a scale, grinder, pre-packaged marijuana and packaging.
Cruz's bond was set at $10,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
