Christian Reyes, 26, of School Street, Manchester, is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Police said Reyes was accused of first-degree larceny for allegedly taking rings from a home in Greenwich in May.
In the latest incident, Reyes allegedly stole from a Deer Run Road home in Shelton.
His bond was set at $500 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
