Amanda Grace Kemp, 25, of Lakeview Avenue, Shelton, is charged with engaging police in pursuit and reckless driving.
Police said Kemp was reportedly passed out in her car on Wooster Street on Nov. 30. When police approached her car, she woke up and drove away, stopping her driveway a short distance away, police said.
Her bond was set at $1,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
