Grant A. Gopian, 21, of Misty Lane was arrested on October 8 at 7:20 p.m. on the charges of:

  • Disorderly conduct
  • Second degree threatening

Gopian was held on a $500 bond and was scheduled to appear in court October 9.

Xavier Maldonado, 18, of Partridge Lane, was arrested October 8 at 2:56 p.m. on charges of:

  • Illegal possession of marijuana, less than four ounces
  • Reckless driving
  • Sale of a controlled substance
  • Use of drug paraphernalia

Maldonado was held on a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court October 22.

Pablo Dario Almonacid, 43, of Monroe was arrested October 7 at 9:32 p.m. on charges of:

  • Driving under the influence
  • Failure to carry insurance ID
  • Failure to drive right
  • No insurance

Almonacid was held on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court October 19.

Michele Audrey Paquet, 61, of Milford was arrested October 7 at 7:43 p.m. on charges of:

  • Evading responsibility
  • No insurance

Paquet was held on a $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court October 22.

Mical Marcin Mudrey, 26, of Monroe was arrested on October 6 at 5:45 p.m. on charges of:

  • Disobey officer signal, first offense
  • Driving under the influence
  • Traveling unreasonably fast

Mudery was held on a $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court October 19.

Bonnie Terrasi, 53, of Maler Avenue was arrested October 5 at 11:29 p.m. on the charge of driving under the influence. She was held on a $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court October 19.

Christina Dispirito, 24, of West Haven was arrested on October 5 at 1:32 p.m. on the charges of:

  • Evading responsibility
  • Operating while legislation of license is refused, suspended or revoked
