$500 Reward Offered for Twiggy's Abuser

The Stratford Animal Rescue Society is offering a reward in return for information.

On Feb. 14, a severely emaciated and dehydrated dog was found in the area of Stratford Avenue and Lupes Drive (see photo gallery).

Named by her caretakers, "Twiggy" had to spend a few days at a veterinarian for fluids and special care. A couple weeks after being found abandoned she was adopted by a retired Cheshire resident.

Now the Stratford Animal Rescue Society (STARS) is offering a $500 reward to the first person that provides information to that leads to an arrest.
