Calling High School Students

Convivio Connecticut is having their 4th Congress of High School Students at Sacred Heart University, Fairfield CT on March 8, 9, 10 (not overnight)

The weekend event starts on Friday, March 8 at 4 p.m. and concludes at 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 11, 2013 at Sacred Heart University.

Who should go? Students in grades 9 through 12 - Catholic, Private or Public Schools -- All are welcome!

Why attend? Students will come together to reflect on contemporary society issues to share their experiences, thoughts, and interests and to propose explanations and answers to problems and challenges. Young people from around the world in different countries have held Convivio congresses that have been a weekend that has marked their lives. It will be an opportunity for the youth to have an encounter with themselves, with their peers and with the Lord Jesus that is authentic and meaningful. This year we will be talking about friendships and relationships; the theme is "I have called you friends" (Jn 15:15.)
