Obituary: Robert F. Purcell, Jr., Age 47

Robert F. Purcell, Jr. , age 47, of Shelton entered into rest on Saturday January 26, 2013 in his home. He is the husband of Robin Bartone Purcell.

Robert was born in Derby May 26, 1965 son of Patricia Danaher Carlson and her husband Ray and Robert F. Purcell, Sr. and his wife Joyce. He attended Shelton School System, and graduated from Delaney High School. He was employed at Precision Metal Products in Milford, and enjoyed fishing, working on cars, and building model cars.

He is the brother of Lisa Purcell Berube, and David Purcell, the stepfather of Michael and Nicole Klosenski,, and step brother of Julie Onofreo, and her husband Mark. He also several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

On Wednesday his funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 9:15 AM for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Margaret Mary Church Shelton. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery Westport.
