Emmy Peters
Emmy (Reinartz) Peters, age 89, of Shelton, passed away December 2, 2013 at Bridgeport Hospital. Mrs. Peters was born in Germany and was a longtime Shelton resident. She worked for Practical Automation prior to owning and operating Kuhen Travel with her husband in Bridgeport, retiring in 2000. She was a member and past president of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Germania Sports Club. She was predeceased by her husband Hans; Survivors include her son Hans W. and his wife Linda Peters; three grandchildren Kerry Stead, Eric Peters, and Christopher Peters; three great grandchildren Molly Stead, Hunter Stead and Nolan Peters; special niece Christine Fornabaio and several nieces and nephews. All services are private. Interment in Riverside Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home 399 White Plains Rd. Trumbull.
