CT Small Business Express Workshop

In order to provide growth for small businesses the State of Connecticut has recently expanded the Small Business Express Program through 2015. The Women's Business Development Council and Toni Karnes, Manager of the CT Department of Economic and Community Development will be hosting a workshop and having free counseling to provide insight to business owners on how to qualify and apply for the program.
