Nicole Brownstein, Neighbor

My name is Nicole Brownstein and I just graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA. While there, I paid to learn about literature, politics, and economics, but ended up learning a lot more about food, plants, and collectivism. Now that I am back in CT, I am a germinating seed of a gardener! I started my food blog almost a year ago when I realized that it wasn't helping anyone to keep the research about American food systems a secret.
