City of Shelton Housing Authority

The Housing Authority is a branch of city hall, but is located on Meadow Street near the high school in the Sinsabaugh Heights community. Sinsabaugh Heights is a state subsidized rental facility that offers housing for low income older adults ages 62 and over and adults who have disabilities. The home units are private and set in a bright, inviting atmosphere. There is also a community building with laundry machines and a general lounge area where residents can gather for recreation. Meetings open to the public are held in the main office every second Tuesday of the month.
