Lynn L. and Joan R. Saylor sold 30 Rolling Brook Lane to Robert P. Dunford and Carly Dunford for $487,700 on April 25.

Susan Thordsen sold Unit 41 at Country Walk Condominiums to Herman and Shari Cole for $265,000 on April 25.

Greg and Lisa Marie Shamaly sold 21 Surrey Drive to Kristyn M. Rotolo for $270,000 on April 29.

Douglas M. and Sheila L. Ouellette sold a condo at 234 Sunwood Drive to Howard Levinson for $229,700 on April 30.

Joan L. Gaudett sold 524 Asbury Ridge to Albert Watcke for $140,000 on April 30.
