Federal National Mortgage Association sold 30 Meadowbrook Drive to Kurt Zimmerman for $202,000.
Bogumila and Monika Barska sold Unit 14 at The Pines Condominiums, 14 Pine Needle Drive, to Eileen O'Connell for $220,000.
