Jonathan and Elizabeth Richer sold 303 Nichols Avenue to Stafford Thomas for $333,000 in a transaction recorded on April 1.

Richard D. and Ellen D. Sansone sold 28 Margaret Drive to Nicholas and Lindsey Clericuzio for $342,500 in a transaction recorded on April 1.
