Shelton Election Day 2012 Results

Here's how Shelton voted on Tuesday...

Mitt Romney wins amongst Shelton voters, Jason Perillo will serve another term in Hartford, and all referendums are a go! We’ll be getting a new animal shelter, new fire apparatus, road reconstruction, Canal Street reconstruction, and a revised City Charter.

Mayor Mark A. Lauretti said he is “pleasantly surprised” that all referendums passed.

“These are initiatives we need to do. It’s going to bring great enhancements and improvements to the city,” he said.

I would like to see the results for the third/fourth party candidates....and where is the money coming from for all the referendums?

All the referendums passed and at no cost! Because you see the money we are currently paying for the projects we bonded before will just move over to the new bonds as soon as we pay off the old bonds. Is it just me or do you feel like you just got done talking to a used car saleman? Another example of how easily voters are lead to the slaughter.
