"2518 votes in total for R+D? This couldn't be done at one location instead of multiple scattered throughout the City? At Long Hill location there were 2 checkers for R, 2 checkers for D, 2 people sitting at the reader machines, and a cou ple more at table near stage which I presume is to manage the whole scene. Apx 8 people paid all day, times the number of locations for this quantity is very wasteful when one location could have sufficed the entire town. This is the historic reality of primaries having lower turnouts without question. There are so many unaffiliated voters that there needs to be a change in this practice. How many ballots had to be printed and now go unused? Wasteful in how the activity is processed." - Thomas Harbinson (Shelton Patch Facebook page) http://www.facebook.com/SheltonPatch
