Threatening, Disorderly Conduct and DUI Charged in Shelton
Recent arrests by Shelton Police.
George Tarby, 44, of West Street, Shelton, is charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with police.
Police said Tarby was yelling in his apartment and a neighbor called police. When officers left, he became noisier and the neighbor called police again, according to police.
Tarby then allegedly resisted arrest.

His bond was set at $1,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.

Bryan Cappiello, 31, of Waverly Terrace, is charged with driving under the influence.
Police said he pulled into a driveway, where officers administered field sobriety tests. Cappiello failed the tests, police said.
His bond was set at $500.
William Michael Russo, 44, of Oak Avenue, is charged with second-degree threatening after an argument with an ex-girlfriend.
His bond was set at $500.
