Stratford Man Sentenced for Part in Shelton Gas Station Robbery

Anthony Parowski, 24, will serve four years in prison, followed by three years of probation.

 

Stratford resident Anthony Parowski will serve four years behind bars for his part in an last December.

Parowksi, 24, drove the getaway car in the robbery, while his accomplice, George Siler, also of Stratford, entered the convenience store, fired a gunshot into the floor and left with $1,300, the Valley Independent Sentinel reports.

Siler got a five-year sentence as part of a plea deal, according to the Valley Indy, and Parowski's time in prison precedes three years of probation.
