Craig Rosenoch, 39, of Stratford was arrested in Shelton on Dec. 28 at 11 a.m. on charges of:
- Burglary, 3rd degree
- Larceny, 5th degree
A $10,000 bond was placed, and Rosenoch was transported to the hospital after his arrest. While at the hospital he attempted to flee, police said. The officer who was assigned to escort Rosenoch to the hospital was able to catch him and he was subsequently charged with:
- Criminal attempt
- Escape from custody
- Interfering with an officer
Rosenoch was held on an additional total of $25,000 bonds for these charges.
