Shelton Police Charge Two with Disorderly Conduct

The arrests are related to two separate domestic incidents, police say.

Two Shelton men are accused of disorderly conduct in separate domestic incidents.

Javon Jaxquri Thorbourne, 18, of Kanugum Trail, was arrested at his home early March 6 following a domestic dispute, police said. He is free on a written promise to appear in Derby Superior Court on April 18.

On March 5, Pasquale Gero Raffone, 47, of Maple Street, was charged with two counts each of disorderly conduct and violating a protective order.

Police said he argued with a female acquaintance. She accused him of slapping her with an open hand and spitting at her, according to police.

He is free on $2,500 bond with a scheduled court appearance of March 28.
