Shelton Police Arrest Second Suspect in Hotel Robbery
Shelton Police arrested a second suspect who was charged with an alleged armed robbery at the Residence Inn on June 26, according to the New Haven Register.
In a press release obtained by the newspaper, Shelton Police Lt. Robert Kozlowsky said that Anthony Santiago, 20,of Bridgeport, was arrested for first-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.
Lancelot Supersad Jr., also of Bridgeport, was arrested Monday and charged with first-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

Residence Inn employees told police that two men entered the hotel on Bridgeport Ave. demanding cash after displaying a firearm. The men then left the hotel with the cash and left in a vehicle where a third person was waiting.
Police expect there to be a third arrest in connection with this crime.

Santiago and Supersad were both held in lieu of $75,000 bond and are scheduled to appear in Derby Superior Court on Tuesday.
