Shelton Man Slammed with Charges After Trespassing

The following arrest information was provided by the Shelton Police Dept. It does not indicate convictions.

Carl Lawson, 33, of Long Hill Avenue was arrested on Jan. 14 at 6:30 a.m. on the charges of:

  • Criminal mischief, 2nd degree
  • Criminal trespass, 1st degree
  • Disorderly conduct
  • Interfering with an officer
  • Violation of a standing criminal restraining order
  • Failure to appear, 2nd degree

Lawson was held on a $21,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court the same day as his arrest.

Fernando Lema, 35, of Wright Street was arrested on Jan. 13 at 3:11 a.m. on the charge of disorderly conduct. He was held on a $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Jan. 14.

Vildina Basuljevic, 28, of Wright Street was arrested on Jan. 13 at 2:45 a.m. on the charge of disorderly conduct. She was held on a $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Jan. 14.

Krzysztof Bakota, 35, of Wopowog Trail was arrested on Jan.9 at 10:09 p.m. on the charges of:

  • Criminal trespass, 1st degree
  • Violation of a protective order

Bakota was held on a $10,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Jan. 10.
