Nicholas John Ilioff, 45, of 173 Myrtle St. in Shelton, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on Aug. 4 on charges of:
- Third-degree assault
- Third-degree strangulation
- Disorderly conduct
- Interfering with an emegency call
Ilioff was held on a $2,500 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 6.
Shelton Man Hit with Assault Charge
Mark J. Fiorini, 51, of 311 Isinglass Road in Shelton, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on July 31 after police responded to his residence. He was charged with:
- Third-degree assault
- Disorderly conduct
Fiorini's bond was set at $1,000 and he was due in court on Aug. 1.
Ansonia Woman Charged with Larceny
Tammy M. Minerly, 47, of 12 George St. in Ansonia, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Aug. 6 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny.
Her bond was set at $800 and she is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 20.
Teen Charged with Criminal Mischief
Erin Lee Ballaro, 18, of 14 Boehm Circle in Shelton, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on Aug. 4 on charged of:
- Third-degree criminal mischief (2 counts)
- Simple trespass
Her bond was set at $500 and she is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 20.
