Shelton Cops: Restaurant Patron Refused to Leave

Recent arrests by Shelton Police.

A New Milford man was arrested after he allegedly refused to a leave the Draft House April 18.

Mathew Moon, 31, is charged with second-degree breach of the peace. Police said Moon was intoxicated and was starting fights before he was asked to leave. He refused to leave, even when officers asked him to do so, police said.

He was released on a written promise to appear in court.

In a separate incident, Frank Rosado, 35, of Birchwood Road, Seymour, is charged with violation of a restraining order. Police said he violated an order to stay away from the alleged victim.

His bond was set at $2,500.

Both are scheduled to appear in Derby Superior Court.
