Bryan T. Bardin, 24, of Walnut Tree Hill Road, Shelton, is charged with second-degree harassement and second-degree stalking.
Police said Bardin waited for a woman outside of work and sending texts to her, despite her requests for him to stop.
His bond was set at $1,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
