Shelton Cops: Man Stole Jewelry

The Shelton man allegedly stole two rings worth more than $1,000.

A Shelton man allegedly stole two rings from a female acquaintance's home in January.

Dominic Busa, 30, of Bridgeport Avenue, is charged with third-degree larceny. Police said the woman reported two rings missing from her home, with a total value of $1,150.

He was arrested by warrant March 13 and is free on a written promise to appear in court. His next appearance in Derby Superior Court is scheduled for April 2.
