Shelton Cops: Alleged Burglar Stole Guns

Recent arrests by Shelton Police.

A Derby man went to court Feb. 15 and found himself with new charges.

Cody John Ives, 26, of Seventh Street, was arrested at court by Shelton Police and charged with third-degree burglary, criminal possession of a firearm and theft of a firearm.

Shelton Police Det. Robert Kozlowsky said Ives broke into a Fox Hunt Road home in August and stole five guns.

He is being held in lieu of $25,000 bond and his next court date is March 12.
