Shelton Brothers Arrested on Burglary Charges, Again

The following arrest information is provided by the Shelton Police Dept. It does not indicate convictions.

Nicholas E. Kulish, 25, and Timothy David Kulish, 28, were arrested on Dec. 19 at 10 a.m. on charges of third degree burglary. Nicholas was also charged with first degree criminal mischief. Both men were not held on bond but had a court date the same day as their arrest.

The pair was arrested just last month on similar charges.

Pasquale G. Raffone, 47, of Maple Street was arrested on Dec. 18 at 3:30 p.m. on the charge of disorderly conduct. He was held on a $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court the next day, Dec. 20

Kashawn Brown, 23, of Bridgeport was arrested on Dec. 18 at 10 a.m. on the following charges:

  • Burglary 1st degree
  • Larceny 5th degree
  • Robbery 1st degree

His arrest stems from an October robbery of the Shell gas station on Bridgeport Avenue.

Patricia Mercaldi, 29, of Monroe was arrested on Dec. 20 at 10 a.m. on the charge of conspiring to commit burglary in the first degree. She was arraigned in Derby Court the same day. It is believed she was the getaway driver for Kashawn Brown during the Shell gas station robbery.
