Police: Man Posed as Home Improvement Contractor
Arrest information is provided by the Shelton Police Dept. It does not indicate convictions.
Brian David Vincent, 44, of Toas Street was arrested on Jan. 28 at 5:27 p.m. on the charge of larceny, 6th degree. He was released on a $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Feb. 12.

Soda was released on a $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Jan. 25.

Samim Topil, 48, of Woodbury was arrested on Jan. 23 at 3 p.m. on the charges of:
- Larceny, 3rd degree
- Representing himself as a registered home improvement contractor.
Topil was released on three $500 bonds and is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 6.
