Police Log: Reckless Burning, Drug Sale Near School

The following arrest information was provided by the Shelton Police Dept. It does not indicate convictions.

Richard J. Rogers, 18, of Pawtucket Avenue was arrested on October 1 at 1:30 p.m. on the charge of third degree criminal mischief. He was not held on bond but has a scheduled court date of October 15.

Michael Anthony Pallone, 52, of Milford was arrested on September 30 at 9:00 a.m. on charges of:

  • Second degree breach of peace
  • Reckless driving
  • Second degree reckless endangerment

Pallone was held on a $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on October 1.

Deirdre J. Sargent, 26, of New Haven was arrested on September 29 at 7:40 p.m. on charges of:

  • Second degree breach of peace
  • Third degree criminal trespassing
  • Littering
  • Reckless burning
  • Second degree reckless endangerment

Sargent was held on a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on October 15.

Daniel Degeorge, 27, was arrested on September 29 at 2:30 a.m. on charges of:

  • Third degree assault
  • Disorderly conduct
  • Interfering with an emergency call
  • Strangulation in the third degree

Degeorge was held on a $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court October 1.

Reynaldo Delgado, 20, of Bridgeport was arrested on September 27 at 5:00 p.m. on charges of:

  • Illegal possession
  • Illegal possession near a school
  • Possession with intent to sell
  • Sale of a controlled substance

Delgado was held on a $2,500 bond for each charge and scheduled to appear in court September 28.

Margaret Catherine Colford, 18, of Oak Avenue was arrested on September 27 at 10:07 a.m. on charges of:

  • Second degree breach of peace
  • Interfering with an officer

Colford was held on a $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court September 28.

Sarah McKelvey, 26, was arrested on September 27 at 10:07 a.m. on the charge of second degree breach of peace. She was held on a $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court the next day.
