Police Log: Fugitive Found on Howe Avenue & More

Jessica M. Monaco, 21, of Sharon Court was arrested on September 24 at 3:24 p.m. on charges of:
- Driving under the influence
- Illegal possession
Monaco was held on a $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court October 4.

Michael Pabis, 46, of Milford was arrested on September 23 at 3:51 p.m. on the charge of second degree breach of peace. He was held on a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court October 9.

Matthew Prosnick, 26, of Ansonia was arrested on September 22 at 5:30 p.m. on charges of:
- Illegal possession near school
- Illegal possession of marijuana greater than 4 ounces
- Sixth degree larceny
Prosnick was held on a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court October 9.

Michael Gress, 48, of Brewster, NY was arrested on September 22 at 2:33 p.m. on the charges of:
- Being a fugitive from justice.
- Second degree breach of peace.
He was held on a $75,000 bond for the first charge, and a $1,500 bond for the second charge.

Marcin R. Binkowski, 38, of Lakeview Avenue was arrested on September 22 at 1:00 a.m. on the charge of disorderly conduct. He was held on a $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court September 24.

Davon Lott, 30, of Bridgeport was arrested on September 21 at 12:10 p.m. on the charge of failing to appear in court a second time. He was held on a $1,750 bond and is scheduled to appear in court October 5.

Maximino Villafane, 59, of Bridgeport was arrested on September 20 at 5:25 p.m. on the charge of fifth degree larceny. He was held on a $2,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court the next day.

Terrel C. Holmes, 25, of New Haven was arrested on September 18 at 11:30 a.m. on the charge of failing to appear in court a second time. He was held on a $5,000 bond.
