William Salvatore Tortora, 52, of Weybossett Drive was arrested on Jan. 5 at 7:30 p.m. on the charges of:
- Harrassment, 2nd degree
- Violation of a protective order (2 counts)
- Violation of restraining order
Tortora was held on a $20,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Jan. 7.
