Man Charged in 3 Burglaries

Recent arrests by Shelton Police.

A former West Haven man is accused of burglarizing two gas stations and a home in 2012.

Harry Michael Laudano, 45, was extradited from Florida on four warrants, police said.

The charges in the warrants were: third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny; two counts of third-degree burglary and one count of fifth-degree larceny; attempted third-degree burglary and two counts of conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary; and violation of probation.

Police said he broke into the Huntington Gulf Station and the Buck Stop, and a Shelton Avenue home.

The burglary warrants each set $25,000 bonds and the probation violation warrant set a $100,000 bond for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
