Homeless Man Nabbed For Criminal Mischief

Justin Thomas Macgregor, 26, was arrested on Jan. 5 at 12:40 a.m. on the charges of:

  • Breach of peace, 2nd degree
  • Criminal mischief

Macgregor was held on a $1,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 7.

Meghan McGlynn Jones, 37, of Stratford was arrested on Jan. 3 at 7:43 p.m. on charges of:

  • Driving under the influence
  • No insurance
  • Operating a vehicle with suspended license

Jones was held on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 18.

Philip Leo Boucher, 54, of Canal Street was arrested on Jan. 3 at 6:10 p.m. on he charge of violating probation. He was held on a $20,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court the next day, Jan. 4.

Alberto Felix, 40, of Coram Avenue was arrested on Jan. 3 at 1:15 p.m. on the charges of:

  • Assault, 3rd degree
  • Breach of peace, 2nd degree

Felix was held on a $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Jan. 4.

Mario Debiase, 32, of Division Avenue was arrested on Jan. 2 at 10:46 a.m. on the charge of failing to appear in court. He was held on a $750 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 16.

Danielle Consuelo Cajigas, 23, of Woodfield Drive was arrested on Jan. 1 at 2:57 p.m. on the charges of:

  • Illegal possession
  • Use of drug paraphernalia

Cajigas is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 15.
