Aristides Medeiros, 59, of Monroe was arrested in Shelton on Jan. 10 at 6:21 p.m. on the charge of driving under the influence. He was held on a $500 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 15.

Brian William Loehn, 45, of Country Ridge Drive was arrested on Jan. 9 at 9:50 p.m. on Division Street On the charges of:
- Assault, 3rd degree
- Disorderly conduct
He was held on a $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court Jan. 10.
Michael John McCarthy, 46, whose address police reported to be the same as Loehn's, was also arrested along with him and held on the same bond, given the same court date.
