Sharon Lee Taylor, 48, of Mill Street, Shelton, is charged with driving under the influence.
Police said Lee was pulled over on Beard Sawmill Road, where she failed field sobriety tests.
Her bond was set at $500 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
