Michael Scott Lockhart, 26, of Cayer Circle, Shelton, is charged with theft of a firearm, third-degree larceny and second-degree burglary.
Police said Lockhart broke into a Cayer Circle home Aug. 20 and took a pressure washer, reciprocating saw, a Remington Rifle and a shotgun.
Lockhart later pawned some of the items, police said.
His bond was set at $25,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
