Cops: Shelton Infant's Death Does Not Appear Supicious

The infant died March 11.

Caleb Trovers' death remains under investigation but does not look suspicious, Shelton Police said Monday.

"At this point, there's nothing that appears to be suspicious," said Police Lt. Robert Kozlowsky.

Trovers, 2 months old, died suddenly March 11 and the police are awaiting the final report from the state's Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

Police responded to the house — an exact address was not provided — at 7:30 a.m. after receiving a 911 call from the mother, who said her 2-month-old son was not breathing.
