A Shelton man wearing just his underwear and smoking was allegedly standing outside a Milford business located at 485 Bridgeport Avenue on Friday, September 21st at 10:45 a.m.
The man allegedly fled upon arrival of the Milford Police.
The man, Bobby Dumas, age 40 of Shelton, was caught just down the street at 465 Bridgeport Avenue, now wearing pants.
Police allegedly found Dumas in possession of heroin and paraphernalia to ingest it.
Dumas was arrested and charged with breach of peace, possession of drugs in a school zone and possession of drug paraphernalia in a school zone.
Dumas was released on a promise to appear in court on October 2nd.
