Michael Joseph Boroski, 51, of Howe Avenue, is charged with second-degree breach of the peace.
He was arrested on in the 500 block of Howe Avenue the morning of Feb. 22 and no bond was set. He is scheduled to appear in Derby Superior Court March 8.
Skipping Court Alleged
Two men are accused of failing to appear in court.
Nicholas E. Kulish, 25, of Teresa Place, Bridgeport, allegedly failed to appear on motor vehicle charges, according the the state Judicial Branch Website. He also pending burglary and larceny charges.
His next court date is scheduled for March 8.
Nicholas E. Demkiw-Orman, 23, of Golden Hill Street, Trumbull, is accused of failing to appear for alleged forgery and fraudulently obtaining drugs.
His next court date is scheduled for April 7.
