A cast of over 50 students of the greater Bridgeport prepare for 3 performances this weekend

Fairfield Follies 2012~ Raise Your Voice!

The 13th annual Fairfield Follies multi-town Broadway review, “Follies 2012-Raise Your Voice,”  features top high school talent from 16 city and suburban schools (representing 10 municipalities from the greater Bridgeport region) in a professional-level performance of highlights of past Broadway classics and current hits. Follies is a unique opportunity for city and suburban youngsters to learn and work together, to benefit from tuition-free expert theatrical training, and to develop the confidence to pursue their love of performing.

The five musicals which will be highlighted this year will be Footloose, CabaretCompany, Evita, and Sister Act. 

Audiences are wowed by the quality singing, dynamic dancing, dazzling costumes, and professional staging, but most of all by the enthusiasm and skill of the performers. General admission tickets sold at the box office prior to each show. Credit cards accepted.

All proceeds are for the benefit of the Fairfield Follies Foundation which promotes theatrical education for teenagers. There will be three performances at Bunnell High School, 1 Bulldog Boluevard, Stratford, at 7:30PM on Friday May 18th and Saturday May 19th and at 2:30PM on Sunday, May 20th.
