The market is really heating up. In seven years of tax increases, this person has lost a third of their home's value. No wonder only one home sold this week. They can't afford to sell more.

Could it perhaps have something to do with the recession, floundering economy and nationwide low sale prices?? Have you looked at taxes outside of Brookfield? Count your blessings!!!

In 2005 the market was selling homes at falsely inflated values. Homes had reached an all time high. ANYONE who purchased that year may never recoup their money.

Nope. Everytime they raised taxes in Brookfield, home lost value. People have begun to refer to it as being "Lassered".

Nothing false about it. People paid what they paid. Nobody made them. It was called "Greed".
