Goodmorning! Did you know that just strecthing the legs can help you sleep better? Yep, it can! If anyone has any questions about fitness feel free to ask! I will do my best to answer them. I have been a Fitness Instructor for over 20 years. I currantly am teaching 4 classes a week. I feel great. The best part of exercise is, it release's feel good endorphin's.
