World Yoga Day

On Sunday, February 24th, yoga teachers and schools around the world will donate their time and space to a two hour yoga session which is devoted to human rights.

Each class will be held from 11am – 1pm, local time in each time zone, which will lead to a 24 hour yoga marathon around the world. Devoting our thoughts and energy globally to the human rights issue will generate a powerful impact.

Move Into Healing will be hosting this event free to all at the Newtown Middle School.  We will not be collecting monetary donations, choosing instead to make a spiritual donation to this wonderful cause.

This event is open to people of all levels, from the experienced practitioner to those looking for an introduction to yoga, and to all ages, from seniors to infants.
