Participate in Parkour
… is the “art of motion” in traveling from point A to point B in the most efficient method possible. The Lakewood Trumbull Y invites all to attend our 8 week indoor-fall session. The y is proud of the professional Parkour leaders able to point our practitioners in the right direction.
