Join our 8-week weight loss and fitness challenge, and have fun achieving your goals with lots of support.

Program includes:

  • 16 Group exercise classes just for program participants

  • Four 30-minute Personal Training sessions

  • Two Group Nutritional sessions with a registered dietician

  • 50 + Weekly Group Exercise classes available

Participants join a team: 

  • Commit to working out at least 3 time a week at the Y

  • Work out in the gym or take classes with your teammates

  • Every week, team with the overall percentage of weight loss WINS

  • Add private nutritional counseling with our registered dietician for an extra fee

  • Teams are encouraged to work out more than the minimum

Individual Awards:

  • Two winners will be chosen based on the percentage of weight loss over the 8 weeks.

  • First place award:  A gift basket and a two-month Y membership or 2 personal training or private nutrition sessions

  • 2nd place award:  2-month Y membership or trainings. 

Program Dates:  November 12 - January 1, 2013

Cost:  $125 for members, $250 for non-members

Non-member Y participants have full Y access.

Added Incentives

One-on-one Nutritional Counseling and/or additional Personal Training $62 per one hour session, $105 for two sessions.
